Absolutely Unforgettable Experience. I have been a massive fan for many years and to have the privilege of meeting the CRM family and be treated like I have been part of the family for 20+ years was phenomenal. I’ve seen plenty of prize competition videos, I thought I knew what to expect and had an idea of how the day was going to go. From start to finish I can say that I was completely wrong about knowing what to expect, it ended up being so much more. Working with the whole team to get not just me but my family down there safely, Sandra perfecting my wife’s dream ring in just a matter of days and then working with Carlos and Charlie to take care of my grandfathers watch. But what stuck with my family and I the most was not the watches, rings, and jewelry. It was the hospitality. Inviting us into their own home, sharing personal experiences and stories, and connecting with every single one of us. They insisted that our day with them in their store, home, yacht and dinner was not just a one time occasion and that we are family, and there is many more to come in the future. Before the day was over the CRM family was already planning how we would spend our day the next time we would be able to pass by. This is not just another jewelry store and another business in downtown Miami. They create such a unique experience for their people that whether I won a competition or not I know that I would have been greeted with the same warmth, smiles and hospitality. They treat everyone that walks through their doors like family. Once again thank you to Carlos and the entire CRM family for creating unforgettable memories and relationships and allowing me to give back to my family. I could not have done it without you.

Fantastic place - Charlie helped me in a pinch when I needed adjustments to my Rolex bracelet before setting off on a multi day cruise. Looking forward to visiting again and checking out their collection next time I'm in Miami. Highly recommended!

After being on the “Lists of Interests” in “Mayors of Dadeland mall” .. I finally decided to pull the trigger and look for the most competitive price for the watch I wanted. I called in, and spoke “Sandra” ! I sent her the watches I was looking for. After talking to her over the phone, I went to the store. She was very nice & educated me on the brand of Rolex, told me which Rolex’s collectors look for, how to adjust the time, date & even let me wear a few watches. I got this one & I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Sandra & to the CRM Family, this is the watch I left with

First and foremost, this entire experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From watching all the CRM Jewelers channels over the years, following their journey, and witnessing the life-changing prize competitions and the joy of past winners, to now personally becoming one of them, and now a life long customer, it feels surreal, especially being the first winner from Miami. What you see is truly what you get. The entire experience felt incredibly authentic. From Carlos, Charlie, Dan, Sandra, Natalie, Betty, and the rest of the CRM team,every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuine. They made both my wife and me feel not just like valued guests, but like a true part of their world… part of their family. From the moment we walked through the doors, every detail, from selecting our timepieces to the thoughtful way they anticipated and catered to our needs — spoke volumes about their dedication to excellence and hospitality. My purchase with CRM was quick and easy. Sandra helped me with the process. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's good to see honest businesses like CRM out there. I can't express my satisfaction with their quality of service. Everything was family-friendly, very good communication from the first second. Sandra sent me photos and short videos of the piece. This gave me a lot of security. I had direct customer service where I was able to get answers to all my questions. The product arrived safely and the next day. I'm very happy.
